Supes unleashed has some very nice feats, but when compared to characters that are bonafide Trans, he gets overwhelmed...The weakest Trans I can think of might be the Collector; if Superman is fully determined but unamped by an outside source (like a Sundip), he eventually loses to this guy...
And it just gets worse from there; if you start looking at Mid Trans characters like The Runner, a determined Superman gets beaten up even worse...
Superman is just not a Trans Tier character...
