AvX wasn't the best time for Thor. I pretend all the back to back Phoenix fights took their toll.
You know what's ironic? That was probably the worst moment for Thor out of a shitty event and it was written by Jason Aaron. Funny how much his opinion on Thor changed when he started reading his comics for research. I remember him specifically noting how he never realized Thor was so ridiculously powerful. I wonder how often writers are just ignorant.
Now I want him to write a rematch just so I can see Thor using the entire X-men roster as a cumrag as revenge!
