She didn't particularly impress me as much as Aquaman has in the last 2-3 years. He has more feats and he's building up his TP. Once Aquaman starts using his TP like Pre-Flashpoint, he'll get the strong majority.

If DCnU Aquaman had demonstrated decent TP, it'd be a tossup of whoever shot first. If they got in a physical brawl, Aquaman would wipe the floor with her.

But as it stands Proxima should win damn near every time. Aquaman has no defense against the spear.

Proxima
