Bait troll threads? Oh how the mighty have fallen, Quanch. I think Final Crisis and DCNU have wiped away the idea that DS is a despot sitting on an alien planet, scheming on the best way to blackmail Wonder Woman into marrying him, and returned him to a more God of evil/abstract multiversal concept. I don't think you should be looking to DD/HP to establish a consistent power showing for DS either; seeing as how the entire series was just a pretext to show just how beastly DD is. With that said, HP/DD was a beast in that storyline, and they seemed to just be making up new abilities for him as they went along. So I'd have to say HP/DD wipes out any DS avatar, but gets decimated when facing the true DS.

He beats his Avatars 👆 DS is not able to appear in the Multiverse (Ominverse) himself, else it would get destroyed like it almost did in FC.
Aside from that, DD beat the bejesus out of Darkseid ON Apokolips(which is obviously IN the 4th World), so the point is irrelevant either way.

I disagree on some points.
But first, Darkseid uses Avatars, that's a fact
Then we also know since FC that Elsewordls are canon and exist in the main Multiverese, they are just alternate Universes, where Darkseid also exists:
The Nail:
Superman: The DarkSide
Since FC also tells us that there is but one Darkseid in the DC-Verse this means those are also his Avatars.
Might even be there are more then one New God Universe, unlike in the PC Days.
Now let's go to the Boom Tube Thingy.
Yes it alters one size and makes the Gods smaller and the people coming to them bigger. For all means of a Forum fight, exterior Tech isn't allowed, so this means DD is placed on neutral ground, with his original size and DS is placed on neutral ground with his original size too. So now we have Darkseid, huge enough to hold planets between his thumbs vs DD. Darkseid stomps then.
👆
Thanks for clarifying this.

...And considering Doomsday encountered Darkseid ON his home planet, I'm certainly inclined to believe we saw the 'real' DS get his ass kicked. If you disagree, then please, post some relevant(key word) evidence to the contrary. 🙂

New Gods being bigger than planets was just 1 showing, we see in Supergirl v4, for instance, when she shunted to the 4th world, she retained her size as she was on earth, and the New Gods were only like 10-15 times bigger than her.
Yes and this showing is canon. Supergirl was transported there by magical means IIRC and it's effect is vague, still she was just an ant compared to them. But who knows what effects it has if you travel there with other means, more limited means, then a boom tube. So this is open to speculation but the 1st instance isn't canon anymore through this^^.
The falling Darkseid is also a good indicator of his true size, when we know that his true form casts a shadow on the Multiverse. ^^
So his form exists in more then one Universe at the same time, bigger then we are able to comprehend. Well if he fights DD in his true form, that means that we have to imagine this one form in one place, and all the power it means with it.

You don't like it and you are inclined to believe. That's ok with me, to each his own. You have my line of reasoning based on the scans and the information we got from FC. If this is not good enough for you then I agree to disagree with you but nothing more.
Based on my stance I don't see the necessity to prove that every time we see Darkseid that it is ineed his avatar or that he wears underwear with hearts on them each time we see him in comics ^^.
I know it but let's be honest and fair. If you fight and Promethean Giants or LT, why reduce their size? Let them fight the way they are. Real size, real powers. ^^

...And Promethean Giants are massive no matter what dimension they're in:

Just saying. 🙂
