How fast is Wolverine's superspeed? If fast enough, none of Superman's punches or powers hit. Same goes for Wolverine's attacks regarding Superman's speed.

Is Superman in the mode where simply being in the presence of Kryptonite makes him collapse?

The healing factor will keep him alive, but will do absolutely nothing to help him actually get free from a solid block of ice. Superman has faced opponents with kryptonite weapons in the past and has learned how to neutralize their effectiveness. Clark wins all day everyday in this scenario.
