KT not only tore the destroyers head off with a single throw, he outright tanked an extended blast from the armors amped disintergration beam. For comparisons sake, a mortal powered destroyer killed Thor with just a flash of the beam. This destroyer was inhabited by Desak who not only was immune to the magic of the gods but had the designate as back up. In short, Thor wins.
