Prisoners Exchange Deals in Movies

Hey Guys,

I have fragments of memories showing scenes of prisoner swap deals between two parties. Things like a CIA agent hwo fell captive is being swapped with someone on a lone bridge, or an open field, where the two prisoners start are being released and start walking towards the other side and pass each other.

Despite having lot's of memories from movies showing such scenes, I can't recollect any specific movie, and i know there are several.

What movies you know to have such scenes?
