Val even at zero hour was very close to a joke character and as much as I appreciated him I can't justify him in any fight with other martial artists who aren't baselining at herald level before any skills get taken into account.... IIRC. it was in zero hour that he broke the DC 30th century equivalent to adamantium, Inertron. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that one

Val has never harmed an intangible being. The only time I can recall of him doing so was in the Pre-Crisis years, but this is ZH, which is why I used him. I think Val can take anyone out, except the Prince. And maybe Omega Red.

All at once? Hell no. IMO, I think OR and Franky will be a near stalemate. OR has a healing factor and a reach advantage. Franky's sword might eventually get the win, since it can cut through anything. Fantomex's misdirection will also work, if he gets it off in time.

Franky isn't even the most dangerous on the field. It's Ambrose Chase.

Well, he can manipulate time. Saints immune to physical attacks in mist form, but still operates within the normal flow of time, and never displayed any sort of chronal powers..

Gorgon with the Grasscutter blade is going to be a huge problem, with it he can one shot kill anyone on team 1, except maybe Frank due to being undead. Combine that with his crazy speed plus precog, and that's going to be an issue for anyone on team DC.
