I currently have an account with Insight cards and I'm looking for another service that has early direct deposit and overdraft protection and if possible no atm fees. Does anyone know of a service that would meet this description? Thanks!

No, not seriously. I wouldn't buy prepaid cards from the Yakooza.
On a serious note im from Aus, so out TelCos/ISPs are not the same.
So basically all I have go offer is smart ass comments. Prepaid only though.
