Maul wins in a moderately difficult fight. Don't underestimate Ventress and think it will be some easy stomp for Maul. It won't. She will make him work for the win.

Ventress is all over the place depending on who portrays her. The Cestus Deception Ventress and Dark Rendezvous Ventress would give Maul a struggle but he'd probably win.
