If we take Surfers high showings then he mops the floor with tue JLA. The same with any character. Hell we could just take Batmans high showings against an average Surfer and Bats would win.
On average SS should lose this but would do better than any other Marvel herald I think. If he takesnout Supes right off the bat he has the potential to win.

I'm guessing this thread is in response to what I said?
If so, I'd like to point out that Captain Marvel wasn't included and this was the rookie Justice League that faced Darkseid. With that in mind, I don't see why Surfer wouldn't give them a ridiculously tough fight as he was operating on a scale above them similar to Darkseid (Besides Superman and I guess Hal Jordan. Later on at least). The only real damage the other justice league members did were with Diana's sword which would break on his skin and Aquaman's trident which he can easily melt.
However, I think he'd lose as this is a vs. thread and he'd face them all at the same time. And Flash I'm assuming is going to actually do something besides running around in circles.
