What showings does CyRaiden have that could make this an interesting fight? Given how they treat their research, I wouldn't be surprised to hear about Adamantium being cut in the battle, though that might not net the win. Unless they're going with current Wolverine...who's dead last time I checked. 😐
Raiden should win, especially if they use feats from Revengeance. Even if they only use MGS4, Raiden is still CL 100 with high end martial arts abilities and enough speed to fight a guy who dodges bullets for fun.
Even with his Admantium, Logan is no stranger to getting ko'd by vastly stronger characters. And with it...well I wouldn't be surprised if they come up with some bogus reason why he can cut through the Adamantium to beat him.
Oh me oh my.

IMO, Raiden's screwed.
Because he has to "kill" Logan to win, which is close to impossible without special gear/plot devices.
Personally, I would've rather seen Armstrong vs Logan anyways. Would have been a much more fun match, imho.

If Wolverine were Deadpool, I'd agree. But since this is Logan, he should be able to die if his head got cut off. It's a matter of whether Raiden's high frequency blade can succeed in cutting his adamantium skeleton. The sword weakens a metal's molecular bonds so it shouldn't be impossible.
Like I said just earlier, Raiden killed him. Badly.
Because they argued his high frequency blade could undo the molecular bonds of adamantium. Misty Knight did it once, so they argued Raiden could do the same.
That being said, he's never weakened the molecular bonds of anything anywhere near as tough as adamantium. Metal gears aren't really tough.
Still, I don't give two shits about the result either way.
