Explain to me how Potter counters a telekinetic push with enough power in it to destroy a fortress.

One word occlumency. Can prevent anything like mind control, mind reading if your referring to telepathy. And another one word protego shield that is stayed and proved to block any attack.

Protego is explicitly unable to block unforgivable curses.

From what I've heard, EU Luke can pick up Hogwarts and throw it into space.

Occlumency can precent someone from reading your mind. Luke is a far more powerful telepath than any HP character, and his mental abilities are far more varied and powerful than even the Imperius Curse.

Harry's broomstick can reach speeds of 150 mph in under 10 seconds how is Luke gonna catch him.

By killing him right at the start... Luke has incredible reaction times. He can kill Harry before he can even think of using a spell or mounting his broomstick.

Lol just because you react fast dosent mean you can run at that very same speed lol. Luke is fast but he is actually mot all that he can probably run a 100 meters in 8 or 9 seconds.
