I'll play, given enough prep does bucky have access to a mobile suit or anything that would allow him to fight AND be immune?

From what I understand about pheromones (I study physics not biology, so my knowledge is limited), they have to be inhaled in order to function, and simple skin contact is likely to have little effect. With that in mind, I believe all Bucky needs is a rebreather in order to avoid being killed by Omega's death spores.
And yes, he is faster than wolverine, but Bucky has proven on more than one occasion that he is just as fast, if not faster than wolverine. He has also shown himself capable of keeping a beat with daredevil as well as dodging and catching hawkeyes arrows. Omega Red may be faster than Bucky, but it is not to a degree that would severely handicap Bucky.

Spores might need to be inhaled, but lifeforce drain works with contact, and if it worked against Colossus, theres nothing Bucky can do here, and the combat speed gap between wolverine/sabretooth/omega red and the like are a fair bit above daredevil and bucky, were not talking dodging ability here that's a comic anomaly in of itself but actual constant maintained speed is a different thing, don't get me wrong they're not speedsters but, the combat speed tiers can be made and Wolverine, Gorgon, Sabretooth,Omega-red, spider-man would all be in a tier ABOVE bucky, daredevil and batman. imo.
Winter Soldier's prep is hard to beat. Programed is going to go over big like it did against Thanos with Drax being programed to kill him.
I give it to Winter Soldier on programming.
He could also inject any number of anonolimies that would temporarily defend him from susceptability. Heck he might be able to kill the Hulk.

That's not how Omega Red's death spores work. They move incredibly fast, move where and when he wants them too, and have bypassed many forms of defense. Just being in the vicinity will make Bucky weaker in a few seconds; he'll die in minutes.
Omega Red is far faster than Bucky. Without having fed for a while, he outspeeds Daredevil without even trying and he blocks bullets with his tendrils for fun.
And he's been classified as having Thing Level strength/durability, and that's before he's had a good meal.
Arkady outclasses Bucky in every single concievable way except probably prep, since he doesn't really need it so he doesn't bother with it.
Does Bucky even have prep in this scenario? OP doesn't say so, so imo, Arkady rips Bucky's arm off and beats him to death with it.
