Rainbow Dash runs a mutant gauntlet.

The X-Men have kidnapped Scootaloo, Rainbow's adopted younger sister, for completely convoluted and irrational reasons I am too lazy to explain and so they will be handwaved. The result is that Rainbow Dash is in Serious Business mode and will not suffer from CIS during this gauntlet, she's out to win from the outset and rescue her Crippled Midget Chikun, because Loyalty. She is not healed between rounds, but she is determined.

Rainbow knows exactly where Scootaloo is because Pinkie Pie told her.
The X-Men and assorted mutants are divided up, because they're not expecting Rainbow. Victory is by any means available. She just needs to get past them to get to the next fight.

Round one: Wolverine and Deadpool are playing Basketball outside when she shows up. Because reasons. She needs a key from one of them to get to the next fight.

Round two: She unlocks the door to a closed off stadium where Gambit and Quicksilver are playing baseball. Why? I have no idea, but Gambit is cheating. In order to stop her they have to prevent her from getting through the door on the opposite side of the stadium.

Round three: The door leads to an underground warehouse where Cyclops and Jubilee are cleaning their Fancy Jet. Inside the Fancy Jet is a sheet of paper with the password to a teleporter. Scott has the key to the Fancy Jet.

Round four: On the other side of the teleporter she finally gets to Scootaloo, who is in a cage, being defended by Colossus. (not Juggerlossus, **** that) In this final round she's willing to go all out, and will fight until she's completely incapacitated, or Scootaloo is rescued.

Rainbow gets all feats from the cartoon and the comicbook, can they stop her?

I know of her feats, but in a combat situation, the way she fights. She gets hit by slower stuff all the time. Just yesterday in the Daring Do episode she was less than impressive in a fight and got tagged multiple times. And bullets are faster than anything she's ever gone up against, plus they're an unknown element to her.

Deadpool spraying the area with twin uzi's will destroy her.

But let's say she does get past Team 1. Somehow she doesn't get skewered or shot by either Logan or Wade, and she gets the key.

When she gets to Team 2, she's lost. As fast as she is, she's nowhere near Quicksilver, and Gambit can just bomb the area as a distraction.

But the chances of her getting hit by them is still pretty high. Even with all her feats, she gets tagged enough by regular people and objects enough that she'd get hit by the bullets. She can't even see them to dodge them.

Also like I said, even if she made it past team 1. She stops at 2.

Pietro was dodging lightning when he was 12, and now he's so fast that he ran to another continent and back before three words were continued in a sentence.

Those feats don't make her immune to bullets. And the 1st vid won't play for some reason.

Rainbow full on collisions the unsuspecting Deadpool into the pavement, either knocking him out or turning him into paste. She gets his key and bails before Logan can process what the hell just happened.

Rainbow Dash manipulates Quicksilver's cyclones to be a distraction so she gets to the next door.

Scott can't hit Dash with his optic blast for she'll just casually dodge it and Jubilee's fireworks are ineffective as the cyan Pegasus whips out her "Deal With It" shades so she doesn't get blinded, making Jubilee useless. Again.

Round four: On the other side of the teleporter she finally gets to Scootaloo, who is in a cage, being defended by Colossus. (not Juggerlossus, **** that) In this final round she's willing to go all out, and will fight until she's completely incapacitated, or Scootaloo is rescued.

Now this I'm not sure. How good is Colossus' durability?

Nope. She's avoided lightning multiple times in the show:

General thing on avoiding attacks in vs matches in general, projectile speed is not the primary determiner of avoidance, making yourself a hard target and/or judging where it's going to be are!

The differences between dodging even a crossbow and a laser are surprisingly small and more about the above factors than the massive difference in the speed of the attack. Or I should say, the true speed that matters is the speed at which the weapon tracks and anticipates, not so much what comes out.

She was weaving between individual forks.

Try harder.

She's been knocked silly by far lesser impact forces than Quicksilver can impart moving at even his mid level speeds. And he always fights fast, while she clearly doesn't based on all 4 seasons of MLP.

You've gone from argueing that she isn't fast that she won't use her speed. Frankly I can't imagine her just letting things hit her when she needs to rescue someone important to her.
