Well Data is forced by the Borg to go back in time and annihilate the crew of the enterprise. The reason why he has a chance imo is because he has shown more then once able to take over the Enterprise he is on which is more advanced he has always been a threat if he went rogue can a older crew and ship deal with some as advanced and skilled as a rogue Data? Data is adaptive stronger faster and has incredible Calculating Speed. He is a emotionless in this thread

All correct; he'd also most likely have intimate knowledge of Kirk's Enterprise and her crew.

But Data's never faced a Kirk flying-ass-attack (aka The Wall of Destruction). Data loses.

Chris Pine Kirk is Kirk. Just because he has yet to use an ass-attack or bowling ball manouver in his alt time-line, doesn't mean he won't be, it's ingrained in his DNA.
