Whether he's ignoring the pain or he's biologically unable to (didnt watch the vid), what was to cause the pain still happened. He might not feel his wrist being snapped backwards or a speeding heel to his jaw, his body will still react to it in negative ways.

Assuming Tim has no martial arts training, anyone here who has even casually practised would beat him.
