My understanding is that the Necropolis upgrade made BP fully superhuman.

I mean, he was able to withstand the Phoenix flames that Namor blasted him with in AVX and he was also able to beat up that Thanos general in Infinity.

BP has briefly hung with Namor before his upgrade. Necropolis BP > Normal BP, Namor > Aquaman.

I'll go with BP in this fight. Black Panther is more agile, has comparable speed, is fully superhuman now, has insane pain tolerance and the vibranium suit further increases his durability, he's definitely the better fighter, has energy shields, a portable teleporter, vibranuim claws, energy daggers, and has far more ranged options than Arthur has.

Slade (DCnU) fought off guys like Legacy and Lobo. He's pretty strong himself. I think Aquaman also took down a bunch of Talons as well.
