It's the King Thor from the Gorr arc which seems to be the King Thor from the Reigning arc.

Don't get your hopes up. "The greatest villain" basically tells us what role Galactus is going to play, atleast from my perspective.

Is he fighting them individually or all together? Individually he beats them with minimal trouble (if any at all). Against all three of them is honestly debatable.
