I don't know anything about Kenshin but of Sephiroth/Jack and Afro Seph takes the H2H fight because he's not exactly easy to beat to death with your fists.
Jack probably kills him with his hax sword in round 2.
Round 3 is a toss up, Sephiroth will still die if he tries to sword fight Jack but has telekinesis and shit that could allow him to bypass a swordfight altogether.

Sadly Kenshin is at the bottom, his verse is the most "real"
Then I want to say Afro? Afro is stupidly good but I wouldn't put him in the realms of Final Fantasy.
That being said I'm torn to the next two..Sephy should win(My bishi bias kicking in)...but there's a good chance he won't...Samurai Jack, is on tier himself...I'd say it'd come down to those two?
Round 3, can't Sephy just spam Meteors? Unless...Jack can just cut them in half 😐....

He moves so fast it looks like DBZ's instant transmission, and that's REGULAR Kenshin, Battosai Kenshin is much faster then that as well. Plus, Battosai Kenshin is purely automatically bloodlusted by default.
You guys should really read up more on these guys xD, not making fun of any of you, but it doesn't look like you know any of their H2H skills. Sephiroth (Apparently has human-level Super Strength) Afro Samurai beat down dudes twice his size at this bar he was at, Kenshin fought this one dude that had a very maneuverable sword using H2H for awhile, and almost won when he elbowed the dude in the face

I'm sorry, but ironically its the opposite. You're not very well versed on the characters here.
Kenshin and Afro (from what I know of him), don't belong in this thread.
Either Jack or Sephiroth would casually solo them both.
