That was a little creepy, but I thought it was more dismissive. More like "I love you, but go away".

Although things were perhaps different in terms of customs and culture in apostle Paul's time, I believe women are free to serve as Apostle's, Prophets, Evangelists, and Teachers.
I'm not sure about Pastors though just because there are express criteria for them that appear gender-specific (e.g. ...a bishop [or pastor]...must be the husband of one wife...one who rules his own house well...etc.)
