Depends. At its higher end showings, majority of this list would be unable to break through it, with only Superman, Hulk and Thor having a shot at doing so. At its lower end showings, the high heralds could easily break through, while the the others would still struggle.

Yea, Sue back then isn't nearly as strong as Sue now.
