I agree with Carver, except everyone should be capped at a hundred. I mean when multiple people on this list can destroy the planet by punching it to death how much more "dangerous" Can one get for the people of that planet?

Overall threat potential is different though, unless all you're thinking about is "planet ending threat". Some of these characters present multifaceted threats, organisational influence, technological influence, corruption and intrigue skills and friggin' Asgard and assorted alien resources.

Thor- 100 potentially planet busting on his own let alone the hell he could bring down with Asgardian backing

Sentry (no Void persona or Death seed but fully confident and in control)- 100 can crack a planet

Hulk (current)-.... do i even need to say it

Hyperion- same as above

Quasar-70-75 sounds about right

Dr Strange- 100 easily his options are ridiculous. If he wants to take a personal route he can go zomling possession. If he doesn't feel like getting his hands dirty... Here you go Dormammu/Shuma/ Demonic hell-god free dimensional access for you guys have fun wrecking everything

Blue Marvel- 80-85 sounds about right

Binary-40-50 somewhere in here

Scarlet Witch (no HoM but with Chaos - Chthonian Magic)- 45-60 depending on
how she goes about it.

Sersi- same as above

Spectrum Monica Rambeau-70

Captain Universe- 100,lol game over man

Starbrand- 100 current portrayal I'll tentatively give it 100 on the threat assessment.

really strange to see people putting Monica above Sersi.
Also Wanda is being underestimated here. She did some crazy stuff in Busiek's run while wielding Chaos Magik

If we're talking a danger rating, Strange should be the highest, given that he's easily capable of summoning much bigger threats than any of these punks

Thor-95. There are 2 others here that prevent him from reaching the 100 threshold.
Sentry (no Void persona or Death seed but fully confident and in control)-100. If there were anything greater on this scale he would deserve the rank.
Hulk-90 Top tier but not worthy of the podium.
Hyperion-95. An unquestionable rank.
Quasar- 85- Wendell has great showings but this seems to be his level.
Dr Strange-100. The Sorceror Supreme is back.!@#$ Branla!
Blue Marvel- 95. Adam's spot is tenous but as the King of Canon, I am qualified to make this call.
Binary-70. Carol represents well here.
Scarlet Witch (no HoM but with Chaos - Chthonian Magic)-60- A bit high but her magic destroyed Ultron.
Sersi-80. Thanos fears her for good reason.
Spectrum Monica Rambeau-70. The potential power range is extensive.
Captain Universe- Unlimited.
Starbrand-95. Don't blame me, Blame Hickman.

Just to make it clear it's Carol with full Binary powers here, meaning not burning out

also a few feats from Chaos Magic Wanda:
went to to toe with Morgana le Fay when she had the twilight sword
she beat Ultron
one shoted Chaos part of the inbetween etc.
She's quite pottent although she needs some time to focus her magic

Just to make it clear, she's not just using hex bolts in this incarnation. Her power was much more pottent
also, I still don't get how Monica ranks higher than Binary Carol and Sersi in some of the lists

Thor 100++ Thor if not holding back is the most powerful Avenger All time plus with powers of the earth it could possible go up notch couple notches

Hulk (current) 95-100 Hulk Strength can only take him so far, but still one of the most powerful Avengers All Time

Hyperion 95-100 We need marvel start using Hyperion more and go in depth with his Eternal abilities

Quasar 100+ ( in quantnum zone)One of the best energy manipulators in Marvel and comics

Dr Strange 95-100 depending on prep and the Magic he uses

Blue Marvel 95-100 We still need to see more from him

Binary 90-95 has the potential to be one of the best

Scarlet Witch (no HoM but with Chaos - Chthonian Magic) 90-95

Sersi 90 is by far one the most powerful earth eternals
