1 - Superman

2 - King Thor have a good chance of winning because Superman is weak against magic. Superman chance is speedblitz.

Thor in both, being a sky father Thor is vast stronger than his classic self and can amp at will. I see Thor winning both especially 2nd fight handily where the Odin force will jack Superman up literally.
