Damn... that's a brutal match.
I love Clark- but my gut says that Plutonian is more akin to SBP in power level.
The way his powers work could play havoc on Supe's durability too.
If Clark knows what he is facing and hit's a Sun bath followed by snapping... I could see him taking this.
But if he approaches combat without realizing what he up against- then I've got to give this to Plutonian.
Thoughts folks?

I agree with cdtm completely. The Irredeemable series was interesting and very good. Tony was powerful but his powers were a manifestation of his psionic abilities he unconsciously used and he was pretty much a dullard (most likely an iq of 130-140) when compared to the elite minds such as Qubit. With that level of intelligence your possible creativity is crippled which translated to even less of a capability with his power set and the ultimate plot for Tony having any obstacles. That being said a full potential Plutonian would have been a monster reality warper as further theorized by Qubit himself. As it stands the dcnu superman looks set to beat him and have new powers of his own one day. Dcnu superman should win if not now when his character is better fleshed out. Plutonian's entire mythos (if it can be called that) was on some level a homage to superman and on another it was a slap in the character's face with the whole probe structure development.
Concerning Plutonian's durability, I've always thought this was a cray cray feat...
It took Modeus drawing energy from entire starS(and burning them out), just to harm Tony physically:

What makes this feat even more impressive is that Tony wasn't even fighting back-- he literally allowed Modeus to beat on him with power of that magnitude. However, Modeus herself stated that IF Tony were to fight back, he could've still easily beaten her:

Context is so key, Tony wins period.!!
Tony could possible be high sky father to cube being level full potential.

Well, if you want to argue Plutonian has better durability feats, that's true for now (Pre Nu52? New gods hit him with gravity from heavy mass galaxies, and he not only surviving but putting up a struggle compares nicely enough with Modeus using the power of stars. As does surviving a Sun Eater collapse
..)
Nu52 Supes has him on raw strength, though. And speed wise, he tagged Barry, while Plutonian doesn't have anything quite comparable..

That was actually pre-crisis also, Gravi-Guards attacking him in Forever People v1 #1.

Always wanted to see Plutonain's full capabilities, something which never happened. Though Plutonian was learning throughout the issues, which is important for a battle.
