This Hyperion is pretty much Superman. I think he might even be powered by Solar energy....?
Anyways, it's basically a stalemate. If I had to pick, it'd be Superman. He's the original and has a more extensive history of feats. This Hyperion has been around for like less then a year.

I guess you forgot about him holding back two universes. The guy is clearly above Elites physically. Superman just has more experience.
