A movie maybe mid 80s, All I really remember is there were guys like downtown London or England? And a scary chicken chasing this guy down a dark road? I thought maybe dr jekel &Mr Hyde? Please someone help me!

Also a separate scary movie 80s where there were scary doll(s) at some point in the movie the doll throws cds or something at this person and is cutting up their face?
