These are The Decepticons from the Transformers 3 movie led by Sentinel Prime

Vs

The Chitauri from the Avengers movie led by Loki

Both races are invading our Universe and trying to take control of the Earth exactly as seen in their respective movies. Which race of aliens can eliminate the other and claim sole possession of the earth?

Fight takes place in NYC.

Who wins?

Prime rapes and kills them all via Teleport and anti-gravity control. Loki does down hard.

Sorry I thought we were talking about the other prime from the second movie when he is ontop the pyramid and he causes all the rocks to form a circle around him to stop the incoming jets, got the movies confused.

That's the Fallen from the second movie.

But the Chitauri win simply because they have far greater numbers and are harder to hit as they are much smaller. Their weapons also do a ton of damage, and hitting the right spots will screw the bots up.

However, I see Shockwave and his worm running rampant over the leviathans.

Wasn't he a prime though too?

The Fallen was one of the original 13 Primes. And he went bad. Optimus and Sentinel don't have powers like the old guys do.

He had a anti gravity force though correct? He was able to suspend and control matter at will

Yeah. He could teleport under his own power(like a built in space bridge), and he had really power telekinesis.
