Godzilla has huge claws, can move way faster then the Krakek can tank tank rounds and keep moving, his skin is very tough and his mouth mouth is huge and lined with big ass teeth.

I think you need to actually go and rewatch the movie and see who has better feats. Kraken literally has none but causing havok on a helpless city. Godzilla was up against modern weapons of warfare and took out an entire city.
