He gets 10 minutes prep between each fight how far does he get?

Stops at Joker, perhaps. Depends which Joker, and what he's got.

The villains get standard gear.

Nah. It's just that he's prepped as hell against the Joker.

For example, if the Joker has his Joker gas (which Batman is immune to), then DD goes down.

Manbat would kick Croc's ass imo but good enough.
