I remember being 16 and my friend kind of was into dating girls who were like 13-14 even though he was 16. On average, women are more likely to be traumatized from manipulative heterosexual sexual encounters - there are probably a combination of cultural and evolutionary reasons for this, but it seems pretty clear to me that it's true. The 15 year old boy would be praised and high-fived by his friends.

I don't think "equality" is the right word, as men and women clearly have different average characteristics. It's fair to say that we should all be judged by the same standards; here, the standard is how much harm the crime does to the victims.

I do think the effects of this can vary depending on the teen, but I don't think it comes down to sex, but personality, etc. Some kids are shockingly more mature then others. Also trauma shows up in all sorts of different ways and it's not always easy to tell. A kid could bang his teacher and at the time think it was super awesome, but over his life he could develop problems with the way he relates to women, etc. and it could be the source. Or like I said, that could just as easily happen to a female, they all won't necessarily be visibly traumatized by this.
A teacher is in a position of power and no: abusing that by f*cking your student is not any more or less worse depending on the genitalia of that student. It's utterly ridiculous to suggest otherwise. It's going to depend on the individual when it comes to how this harms them or not, not the gender.
