Just because someone is good-looking doesn't mean they can force you to have sex with them. The kid might not have actually wanted that.

Whether the underage victim enjoyed it is just as irrelevant as whether he wanted it: he cannot legally consent to it. Not only is the adult perpetrator having sex with a minor, she is also abusing her authority. That would be grounds for termination with an adult co-worker, and she is doing it with someone who is legally a child. It is sick.
