Red Hulk was able to affect him with a punch...a holding back his power Red Hulk. WWH is on another level when it comes to strength and even though I think this would be an epic fight, punching WWH isnt the way to beat him and beating Red Hulk isn't a showing of power that puts him above WWH...especially when we have WWH casually taking out an amped RULK that was using all of his power (and failed). Either way, this is debatable but based off fts, I'm giving this to WWH.

He did think Orion was weaker than Hulk because a tank didn't get crushed from LANDING on him(when he was lying on the ground) compared to a tank getting crushed that smashed AGAINST Hulk. 😄
