Hm, yeah...

I ask because Mr. E was capable of stealing magic... But he certainly never did that to a 'quantum' magician, so there goes that option.

Pretty sure that it's magic either way. I recall Warlock replenishing his stolen magicks with a Shiar sorceress' (Magique).
