Several of these are either definitely Trans. or have an upper potential of >HH. They would include Fate, any of the Zoom clan, Sentinel, Ion, etc.

Spartan was never near the top 5 except when he a sliver of the Creation Engine power, which I doubt we should count. He's also Wildstorm. Are we counting them?

So my list would look more like: Kal, Barry, Cyborg Supes, Hal, and maybe Orion/Sinestro/Majestic.

If we're ignoring the HH/Trans. distinction, it looks more like: Sentinel, Fate, one or both of the Zooms, and probably Ion and/or Superman sneaking in. A few Trans. from Wildstorm would be lurking here as well if we included them (Doctor, Jenny Q, etc.).

The only Fate that really walked in trans level was Kent I.

Kent V, Inza, Eric & Linda, or Hector did not really measure up. Hector was killed off, just when he was getting a real hold of the power, with the potential to surpass Kent 1.
