Top 5 Assasins

Here, we rank the 5 deadliest contract killers to ever appear in cinema. This ranking is not based on popularity, but deadliness. These killers can slaughter anyone they're hired to and get away clean. Let's rank:

1. Wesley Gibson of The Fraternity (Wanted)
2. Raizo of the Ozunu Clan (Ninja Assassin)
4. Agent 47 of The Organization (Hitman)
5. Jason Bourne of Treadstone (The Bourne Trilogy)
5. Leone Montana of The NYC Mafia (Leon: The Professional)

Honorable mention:
Joe (Bangkok Dangerous)
Arthur Bishop (The Mechanic 2010)

Your list MUST be ranked in order of most deadliest.

James Bond
The Bride
T-1000
V
That chick from, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

given that Wesley can kill his mark from miles away, i'd say you're spot on with having him at #1.

Mystique is high on the list due to her stealth capabilities.

Of who has been mentioned already...

1. Wesley
2. T-1000
3. Raizo
4. Mistique
5. 47

yeah, Mystique is certainly a key assassin.

Bullseye (Daredevil)

Cast of Red 2

1.Wesley 2.Hawkeye 3.Bourne 4.Aaron Cross 5.James Bond

I'm putting Raizo on top. No one else on the list has his superspeed feats.

superspeed means jack squat to someone who can snipe you from clear across the city.

Even with superspeed factored in, Raizo still has to be in the same room to kill his target. Being able to kill someone without leaving your house makes Wesley more deadly.

Ones that haven't been mentioned yet.

The protagonist from Hero should get a mention. Insane skill levels.

Not skilled in killing directly but Clyde Shelton from Law Abiding Citizen certainly gets merit for the way he uses intelligence to kill.

If we're just adding guys based off of deadliness, Roy Miler from Knight and Day would definitely qualify. Dude was invincible and always level-headed. He could probably steal a nuke if need be. Horrendously underrated action hero.

This but also adding in T-1 from Terminator 1 and Jason Bourne.

That would depend on the type of target. If your target is someone who isn't careful about himself, then an assassin that can shoot him from across the city is definitely at an advantage.

But if the target is careful enough to know to keep himself hidden in an armored/enclosed area with decent amount of protection and bodyguards, then you'd want an assassin who can infiltrate unseen into the area and kill the lot of them as quickly and quietly as possible... in which case Raizo.

sure, but this isn't about situational assassinations, the OP asked who was more deadly overall. Wesley isn't on Raizo's level in terms of stealth, but he can certainly solo an entire room and get away clean.

Wesley can somewhat duplicate what Raizo can do, Raizo can't even come close to duplicating what Wesley can do.

Wesley also has arguably better speed feats than Raizo, thinking/reacting so fast that you can perceive the individual beats of a fly's wings is better that dodging shuriken. That was bordering on Toby Spider-man levels.
