WBH with ease. We are talking more than trillions of times more powerful than Savage Hulk here. How can Bor compete with that? Plus Bor has no feats of power output to show that he can even harm WBH. WBH tanked an attack beyond a billion times more that planet destroying. So even if Bor can destroy a planet then he still needs a more than a billion times that to even suggest he can harm WBH.
