Wishmaster is far too powerful.

Team 2 easily take this, considering it consists of The Lord of Demons and The Devil himself. Freddy's merely a demon, and Pennywise, while powerful, isn't as powerful as Pinhead or Wishmaster.

Team 1 because they have greater powers than Team 2 and thanks to Pennywise who is more powerful than any of them can solo them

Seriously though, Wishmaster can't really act on his own. He needs someone to make wish's, and Pinhead's soul is probably already spoken for.
