Dumb Drax/w Power Gem vs Thor

This is Drax at with power gem but has classic Drax smarts. Can Drax win?

If Thor engages him in fisticuffs, sure.

Drax can fly and has concussive blasts so he doesn't have to be close to Thor to attack him.
