Tyrant was comfortably above Surfer, Bill, Gladiator etc. and he pretty much three shotted any that he directly encountered after their attacks. But he's facing a noticeably more powerful force here, his machines drained them of some power before the encounter, and he mostly engaged them one on one while the others were distracted by his fodder. And Herald level attacks, when he's distracted anyways, can harm him.
Personally, I think Tyrant is potentially far more powerful than this team (And Thanos) and easily on the level of Odin but fighting them at the level he was against the other Heralds? Team has my vote.
Team won't win. Tyrant no sold Stormbreaker when it was thrown and 2 shotted a fresh Surfer earlier before the main fight. Fighting at the level he was vs Galactus, where we see abilities like the talons coming out, talons we didn't even see against Thanos, he shouldn't have too much trouble. If he fought like that against everyone else in serious mode he may have decapatated the heralds and impaled Thanos.

DP Tyrant is somewhere above Thanos, but I don't know exactly how he stacks up against Skyfather/Galactus types. Sure there was the Galactus fight, but I still didn't get the impression he's capable of the power levels Galactus can reach.
And I think it would take a legitimate Skyfather/Cosmic Force type or above to defeat the entire Worthy, mainly because of Kuurth. Something more than trans strength or energy projection is needed, some sort of exotic high level powers on the scale of reality manipulation or messing with the structure of his enchantments. This is the power Thanos lacks, but I'm not quite sure if Tyrant has it either. I think there have been a few Tyrant vs Skyfather threads, I can't remember how they went.
It is difficult to gauge DP's upper levels given he never appeared again.

Good question.
For one, it may be because of the stature he was shown after being depowered. "FP" Tyrant was equivalent in stature to Galactus but after his depowerment and downsizing he was exiled for eons regaining his power. He was gone long enough to have amassed enough power to pose a serious threat to Galactus while in a smaller state. As we know, he feeds off reserve stores of energy (one of which amped Thanos) and can literally be anywhere from low skyfather to high cosmic. He revealed a HUGE orb after fighting Thanos which, if the occasion arises, he could likely use to boost him back to FP size and levels. He wasn't at that level vs Galactus, in fact he was weakened due to Galactus feeding.
