You should just mention that Thor did far more than just move the Hulk's head during their fight, so if slightly moving someone's head = them being hurt; then Thor must have seriously injured the Hulk during their fight.

How do you explain Banner waking up and not remembering a thing in your scenario?

That wasn't a nuke or anything similar to a nuke in terms of destructive kinetic/thermal power.

He was hurt because he reacted to being injured and the script said he was hurt by it. Did MOS' script say the same?
