Possibly, the brittle bone factor will significantly reduce the combat speed for both. The difference is Thor has fought under these conditions before so he's more acclimated to it.

Thor has fought and nearly fled from ****ing absorbing man. He doesn't have the curse of hela helping him here though.

Mjolnir could handle the HV and probably channel or re-direct the freeze breath. Clark wouldn't have a counter a hammer toss or lightning strikes.
