😕
Iron Man wins 1 and 3 but loses 2?
I should think it would be nearly opposite;
Hulkbuster armor seems built solely for durability and sheer tank-like
firepower. Little if any maneuverability.
Meanwhile, Zod and Faora trashed world-mass-benching Superman in this month's Superman/Wonder Woman #5.
Zod even broke his arm in brief single combat.
Yet Diana held her own against both kryptonian villains simultaneously.
In fact, to judge from the artwork, she even overpowered Faora via greater
upper body strength when they grappled for Wondy's sword:

Bottom line, especially with her sword now as standard equipment, Diana can apply too much force too quickly to something as relatively big and bulky as Hulkbuster. She'd crack that armor like a lobster shell, even as Kara or Faora might do given similar circumstances:

I can see Tony winning in armors that allow more strategic fighting, though.
hmmm
I should perhaps make clearer that the confusion was regarding the quote and prediction by D.S.,
Iron Man wins 1 and 3 but loses 2 (in the Hulkbuster armor) was MY prediction, more or less, and ...
ah, skip it.
Instead, let me now present the full page of that sword-grappling incident so people can see it in better context:

What? The Hulk Buster took one hell of a beating and was even holding it's own against a pissed of Green Scar before the family flashback. World War Hulk was way stronger then Diana before Flashpoint much less currently. She's not cracking anything like a lobster shell.
Maybe through some quick thinking and luck she can somehow disable it (Although it seems to be pretty solid without any obvious vulnerabilities) but trying to go at it straight up will not go well for her.
I can't believe you posted a scan of Supergirl cracking some random mook armor as evidence against the Hulk Buster. 😐
Also lol at trashing world bench pressing Superman. Have we not yet realized how utterly irrelevant that is to Superman who at best is at mountain level more or less on average?

this is a toughie. iron man is definitely smarter then wonderwoman but he probably couldn't handle her strength. although the hulkbuster is a different story. i think round one wonderwoman would win but in round 2 iron man would. i've honestly never heard of excalibur armour so i won't comment.
Excalibur armor is the armor powered up on Excalibur's sheath, I believe..
It's supposed to be invulnerable.. Juggernaut invulnerable.

Held his own when? In the WWH and Iron Man comics I read, Stark's armor didn't hold up well at all, once Hulk got his hands on him ...
War Hulk was holding back his true force, at least according to Hulk 634:

Even before that, well before the end of the World War Hulk series,
Amadeus Cho was, arguably, making the exact same point:

There's a marked difference between taking a pounding from a being venting largely unfocused rage
and swinging close quarters at random,
versus one solely interested in getting opponent out of armor.
Pounding force is not equal to straight pressure or metal rending force.
This case was fairly well-made in the Incredible Hulk #350.
Unfortunately I can only show a Portuguese version of this; perhaps Carver would be kind enough to give the English dialogue version of the following scan?
Or someone else?
(Thank you in advance to anyone who does.)

This is how I was going to reply originally.
That armor was coming apart at the seams by the time they took down Sentry building.

We all know how it ends. Either in sex or Tony sends her to the kitchen. Or both; sex in the kitchen.
