1. By sniping "high end street levellers first I meant non enhanced.
2. I stated I was using a special trank amo that re-released a sedative often to take down "spidey", Beast". Logan etc. I didn't kill them as i don't have to, I only have to incapacitate them.
3. Serial killers can kill dozens of people before the evidence allows the law to catch up with them. I've also been a part of "kill squads" in my S.A.S days, I had 47 confirmed kills on my record and several more "not confirmed". Several of those were going into places I "wasn't supposed to be in" and taking out someone which resulted in my team and I being the target of a large manhunt. Doesn't mean anyone get's who their after just because "everyone is down on you".

In my unit there were guy's who were brilliant martial artists, some great shooters (not "rifle specialist but better than the norm), and a couple of guys who could blow up just about anything. I was a specialist marksman. I had the high caliber rifle who would perch in some spot somewhere and cover my team as they did what they had to do. I was the guy with a 87% accuracy rate at 800 yards in semi darkness with a scope.

All I'm saying is I wouldn't go into a H2H fight because it's not what I'm best equipped to do. I'm a average fighter at best. I've studdies 5 martial arts but never graded even as high as a brown belt ( in the case of one of my styles sash- doesn't do belts- actually authentically doesn't do grading). Give me the right rifle however with the right scope and a spotter scope, The chance to make my own munitions/ammo, and I'll take on just about anyone very confidently.

1. Who would you target first?
2. Fair enough.
3. That's what happens in real life. In Marvel U, what with telepaths and mystics etc running about, not to mention Spiderman and his Spiderbots (admittedly, only in NYC...but that's where the majority of costumes are) it would be much much harder, IMHO. Not making fun of your training or whatever, but you never had to contend with someone like SHIELD on your ass, I wager.

Come to think of it, best bet would be to partner up with the Punisher....you'd easily have the strength of 100 men after a week...

Just buy a taser and go to the nearest large gathering of people IE party/concert/riot/club/subway etc and by the end of the first day you could be cl 2-5.

1. I'd start out shadowing Frank Castle. take down quite a few of the bad guy's for him (hence he'd be the one taking the heat for it and the one that everyone was "down on). Work my way from there across some bad guy's maybe even work my way through hydra ( might "appear" to be sanctioned hits)

3. It happens in marvel too though. Let's face it all the TPers etc in the world haven't taken Fisk down too damn quick. Now a smart man might make it look like they were deliberately targeting "muties" for say genoshia so that The heroes are scanning the wrong places. I've been hunted by more than a few highly known Terrorist organizations in my day (which BTW was a little over 2 decades ago). Whilst not knowing who we were my team and I had a $us600,000 (which was a LOT of maney compared to today back then) price on our heads after one mission, for anyone who could bring in the culprits. Fortunately because we left the shells from weapons used by another nation (deliberately) they weren't looking for our kind 😉

The trick is point to a pattsie for the kill you did. No one can commit a perfect crime but if you commit a crime and deliberately leave evidence that points to someone everyone wants to blame they wont look past that more often than not.

Good strategy, and please, don't take offence if I appear to be poking holes in it....

But A: do you think you could 'shadow' the Punisher, one of the most paranoid SOBs there? And then, B: after setting him up to be a patsy, be able to stay ahead of him?

as for 3. I really doubt you could embark on a killing spree of 'muties' without either Scott or Logan coming after you, especially after Decimation. There are still very few mutants around, after all.

^ this is why I keep doing these tops of threads

You can still (to some degree) make a list on who you need to take down, to both secure your takeover but also to ensure that you have the required power to take on the next level of power. For instance if you manage to beat street level (which would be a good place to begin imo) suddenly the next on your list would be someone that is meta, and so on. And even when you combine alot of power you would still end up at some point running into Odin who will just stomp you into oblivion. And given that you don't get the intelligence of these guys, I'll happily admit that I will not have the required skill to in any way shape or form, utilize their tech which would be required for this take over to be even remotely succesfull. Atleast imo.

You don't have to jump straight from street to meta though

I'd just KO random people and animals, then join UFC/Boxing/Fight Club etc. and keep climbing up. Stacking human things is insane tbh. You'd be stacking the slight healing factors even normal humans have, strength, durability, speed, reaction speed, etc.

In like 100 people you'd be faster than the likes of Punisher and other low level street levelers, and more importantly, the durability of 100 humans stacked is INSANE. Anything that can't penetrate something 100 times more dense than human muscle/bone/skin would just bounce off.

Eventually, taking out humans and animals would lead to street levelers and then people like Deadpool and Taskmaster, Daredevil, Spidey, Wolverine, X-23, Blade, Sabretooth, Daken, Gorgon, etc.

Then move on to vampires and assimilate people like Dracula, then with your impossible healing factor, durability, speed, fighting abilities, etc. you could dominate anyone under a hundred tonner.

Dominate She-Hulks, Frenzy, Rogue (big one there), Fantastic Four, etc.

All it takes is minor planning and you'd be invincible.

basically this.

Bump

I'll go to a country with no heroes or low population of heroes or D lister heroes and start killing people left and right

When I have enough power after killing several people I start moving up the food chain.

Eventually I will have enough power to kill D listers, then c listers , b listers and then the world is mine.

So pretty much like you

bump

buy a bar heroes only

buy a bar villains only

I bartend some nights , super crazy happy hours.

they ones that pass out are incapacitated

gimme my powaaaas

Step 1: Cash in and buy a ticket to Australia.
Step 2: Talk to Gateway and have him summon

Spoiler:
HOOD LISA

Step 3:
Spoiler:
HOOD LISA
proceeds to solo the Marvel universe.

The Voodoo Queen lives in the US though.

I'm actually working on a pretty similar thread for a few days 😂

In another universe, hence why I'm going to Gateway. Jfc PArm, pick up a comic.

Misread my bad. You can simply summon her on grindr anyway :v

Her first words as she steps out of the portal:

Hood. I. Am.

This needs to be a GTA V mod!

Just imagine going around SA beating up people and stacking their powers so that you can eventually go up against some street level crime lord and then raise yourself to minor super power levels...

Originally, I thought this would be pretty difficult. It would be nearly impossible to keep a low enough profile to pull this off. Eventually, someone would notice what you're doing and alert the hero community...

Then I realized, the heroes will defeat themselves. All you need to do is join a credible martial arts gym. You're a blackbelt on Day 1 basically. Everytime you choke or knock someone out during training, you stack their skills and physical abilities with yours. You'd breeze through tournaments and professional organizations or go straight to smashing local criminal organizations in a few months tops. You'd be a bullet proof, bullet timing, martial arts god fairly quickly.

Once I get noticed, I'd join one of the super groups with no telepaths. This is the quickest way to up my abilities. Each time we save the world, I get giant powerups, never revealing what my true ability actually is. Once I've gotten enough powers, I show the Avengers/JusticeLeague/etc the monster they created.

A really curious telepath could sniff me out early on, or a time traveler could warn everyone about me of course. But that exists for everyone, and these measures don't thwart half the problems you'd expect them to in comics.
