Actually I think WW wins due to speed in all honesty. In her ultimate forms Snowbird could take WW, but WW could speedblitz her before she even gets a chance.

Couple seconds, but WW has Flash level speed so a couple seconds would be an eternity. In base forms WW wins. On average appearances WW would win. In Snowbird ultimate forms she would stomp.

She does. Not her max speed, but speeds far faster then Snowbird has ever demonstrated.
