Is this Surfer's peak at his own or externally amped? At his own, Prime beats the **** out of him.

IIRC, didn't the Flashes keep SBP depowered under a red sun eater for an indefinite amount of time (time dilation)? Surfer can likely produce an abundance of red sunlight. Just sayin'.

how would surfer know about this? and like he will have the time to do anything when prime will be at his face keeping him extremely busy with defenting himself from not getting his head ripped off his shoulders and get it stuck right up his anus.
