Ahsoka Tano (Fully-Realized Jedi) vs Darth Vader (Chosen One/Cyborg Sith Lord))

This one would definitely be an interesting duel to me.

1. Lightsaber combat

2. Force Powers

3. Non-lightsaber fighting styles

4. Outcome (i.e. one turning to the Dark Side, one turning good again, etc.)

We have no idea of Ahsoka's potential, so Vader stomps the first two, body slams her in the third, and gets turned to the light side in the fourth.

Ahsoka stomps.

She dueled General Master Killing Grievous at the age of 12 and didn't die. Ashoka takes this imo.

Okay that's still unbelievably impressive considering he's killed Masters multiple times older and more experienced.
