Barry's gonna become absorb the speed force and become a conduit.
Quite possibly. But the point is, being the title character, we know any disappearance/problem/whatever he gets caught in during a season finale will be temporary, so when it happens it's just kind of "meh". At least to me, personally.

Savitar seemed ridiculously nerfed by the end of the season. Beginning of the season he's literally running circles around Barry and speedblitzing and rag-dolling, then suddenly he's only a little bit better and only because of the armor.
They explained this. In the early-season stuff, he was literally inside the speed force, so he was teleporting around through it as opposed to just running.

Wally took over Flash for the entire 1990's and into 2000's. No reason the show can't do the same thing.
Or have Jesse adapt the costume, if they want to cater to a different sort of sjw.

no shade, just something that i notice happens frequently, especially in scifi material.

Barry is CW's golden boy, even with the weaker season 3 of The Flash. They're not booting him. Besides, IIRC, the CW show release list for 2017-2018 TV schedule still has Gustin in a starring role on Season 4.
So wait...are they ever going to explain why ice powers=evil? Most of the villains we've seen were shitty people or had deep issues before they got their power.
Killer Frost seems to be the only person whose powers massively warp her sense of right and wrong. It's not even like someone who was a good person and then they get powers and get drunk on their own power as time passes. But with Frost it's like flipping a switch, activate her powers and poof, evil.
Also now it seems Black Flash is suddenly vulnerable to cold? Was this mentioned in other episodes or did they just pull that out of nowhere?
It was also painful to watch them be stupid enough to try to forgive Savitar. If Savitar had truly decided to go along with them...they were essentially just fine with allowing him to get away with murder. Then they guilt trip the lover of one of the people he murdered into helping him lol.
One final odd moment was the Vibe vs Killer Frost fight. It starts out where she is shooting sharp ice projectiles at him from a distance, he manages to shatter or dodge them. But then upon getting an open shot at him from a much closer range she chooses not to just impale him on a piece of ice...she rather seems to hit him with a blunt blast of ice instead that merely knocks him down.
EDIT: Wait no one more odd moment, the fact that Jay didn't volunteer to go into the speed force first instead of Barry. I'm not suggesting it was his job to do so, but he seemed more than willing to go into the speed force before in order to ensure Barry and Wally didn't have to. So I found it odd he didn't even at least try to get Barry to let him do it.

Not revealing too much other than a badass Samurai villain and some more tech mumbojumbo.
Danny ****ing Trejo in Flash S4?
Despite the fact that, as many people predicted, they seemingly took zero time at all to bring Barry back, this doesn't look bad.
