copied a bit from the Pentagon Quicksilver scene during the bullet stop scene with Barry. The one bit is nearly identical.Because they really have been ramping up his speed. He used to seem to be moving at a relatively similar speed to the bullets (or visually slightly faster), whenever they went slowmo in the past. But they were basically in slow motion to him as well, similar to the hand grenade from the other episode. Dimension-hopping Machete did manage to tag him with his blasts but, to be fair, Barry was not at all trying to fight Cisco's girlfriend's dad, especially not over a misunderstanding. And those vibrational blasts have screwed with Speedster powers before (I remember Gypsy once completely slowing Wally, and kind of suspending him with her blasts), and Barry mentioned how being hit with Josh's blasts seemingly temporarily took some of his speed.

In the comics Vibe’s powers do mess with the speed force. Gypsy and her dad have the same power so makes sense

Trejo was trash and Elongated Man was awesome.
People from Earth 2 seem to be dickish in general. Even Earth 2 Joe was kind of a dick. So, something like a holographic break-up box (where you are forced to watch your bf/gf's face as they end it, completely unable to say anything back) totally makes sense for that Earth. But hey, at least it dispenses tissues lol.
