Already hypersonic
Had planet busting power
Continent durability
Class 10

While Ryu is
Only supersonic
Not even city buster
Has only superhuman durability
And is like class 1 I believe

So goku beats him in everything.

Anything Saiyan Saga onwards Goku should curb Ryu
